    This is great. Levon Ayrapteyan is a true hero, using his money to re-invest back into Artsakh. By marrying people he is proposing they will soon have children, creating another generation of young Artsakhtsi’s. Irregardless of what people may think of him, he is making a significant difference. If people decide to divorce after they just got married for the $2000, which they each received as a gift, then so be it. At least the effort was made by Mr Ayrapetyan.
